Strengths:

-          Able to provide good professional learning opportunities for teachers to expand their knowledge in drama

-          Also able to provide lesson plans for class that link to the curriculum, which can help our small group of teachers.

Weaknesses

-          Within way of teaching, it can be an especially sensitive topic in drama and can lead to consequences if not managed properly

-          Ethical considerations of the students when performing drama in class as it can be a sensitive topic for First Nations people

It is a website that targets the younger year levels (K-3, it breaks down the books into scripts, which allow for it to be performed within the classroom, it does also have a level where you can use for the higher grades, but it is still very limited.

Strengths:

-          The ability to be able to target the younger year levels and provide multiple resources for teachers to use within their classrooms.

-          The website is easy for teachers to access without it being too complicated as all info seems to be on the page till you click on what you want.

Weaknesses:

-          You will have to find the books that link to the Victorian curriculum which can be difficult to maneuver with the time teachers have.

-          Also, the lack of lesson plans for you to run the class, as it only has the script for you to apply in the classroom

They can create and make online products and services that can make a difference in education for teachers; by working with teacher’s they can get the best solutions that help them be the best they can.

Strengths:

-          It has a wide range of resources for teachers to use and have look over and see what can be used for their classes

-          The flexibility of cultural resources that can be used within the classroom with the diversity of students being so large can be a good opportunity.

-          Being able to use other teacher’s materials for yourself

Weaknesses:

-          You would have to look through the material to find what would suit the curriculum and your school as well.

-          Having to pay for the resources to be able to use them, which can restrict with the school budget.
